Hi,
My sister and I are looking for a place to stay. We are both university students, working and studying full-time. We are very tidy, friendly, and easy-going.

We don’t smoke, drink, or party, so you won’t have any problems with us as tenants/flatmates. Ideally, we’re looking for:
• A room with a bigger bed and a spacious closet
• A place close to public transport (Rockdale, Kogarah, Hurstville, Wolli Creek, Tempe, etc. – or anywhere with easy access to the city)

Our budget is $300–$330 per week (all bills included).
