I come from Thailand and I had worked in Australia for 1 year as a Marketing Coordinator (Work and Holiday Visa holder). Now I am on holiday in Thailand for a month and will be back to Sydney on mid March. I would like to find a good place near the train station that can go to CBD not more than 25 minutes. I am very clean and respectful for others people. I have been to many countries so, I can adapt myself with people from different cultures and nationalities. It would be perfect if you also love tidiness and want to stay with someone who reliable and friendly :)
I am full time working student (no lifer) and I am looking for a nice quiet place to call home for at least a year. I am quiet, clean and really respectful about privacy and I really hope all my future housemates have the same principles. I ideally looking a private room not too far from train station and it would be a great plus if there is a balcony or big back yard because I really love to be outdoors. I also have my own bed and I don't want to leave it!! But it would be great to have cupboard in the room. I dont mind pets!
Hi, I am an international student from Brazil, studying Social Media with background in HR & advertising. I came to Australia for a life changing. I love to travel. I have been in Netherlands, Spain, Africa, South America almost all countries, Mexico, Panama and I lived in the USA for a while. I love to cook and talk over a nice bottle of wine. Love art and music as well. I am easy going and fun to be around with, but I like my own space, that is why I am looking for a single room with bathroom.

Hi I’m Tahli. I'm 26 years old and I am currently living in Rockdale. At the moment I'm looking for a potential room that is in Rockdale or nearby. Alternatively, I’m willing to live anywhere near public transport (especially Night Ride bus route). I work Part Time as a night fill team member for Coles. I work between 6pm and 3am (I get home at 2am usually). I will also be starting a second job soon during the day. I would describe myself as gentle and kind. I like to socialise with people but also like my own space. I am respectful, quiet, clean and a responsible person. I am a non-smoker (it doesn’t bother me if anyone else smokes in a household). I only drink socially. I always respect everyone’s privacy and space. Ideally I am looking for a place where I can have my own room, stable and I can stay long term, located in Rockdale or close by, close to public transport (I need to live close to the Night Ride Bus route). I would like to also find a place where it is okay for me to have my boyfriend over of a weekend (he's very quiet and respectful). I'm a friendly person who is willing to chat about any potential rooms available.
Me and John have been together for 3 years. John works for the local government as a professional builder/carpenter and I’m back studying law after previously taking a year off to work in community services. We’re both socialable, respectful and tidy people who are just looking for a nice relaxing place to call our new digs.
During the week I am part of the corporate world working in the city, and on my weekends I am almost always out either exploring a new place, visiting my family up the coast or camping with friends. I really enjoy the outdoors and keeping fit - committing to playing in a hockey team this year and being a member of Scouts keeps me active in nature. I am early riser (75% of the time), and having worked in hospitality I like to keep my place tidy to keep all the creepy crawlies away! If at home together, I will welcome a conversation, though also enjoy my me-time. People say I'm friendly, honest and always smiling so I'd welcome being able to bring some laughter to the house!
Our lease ends on 20th March and we don’t want to renew/take a new lease as we will be leaving Sydney around August (not confirmed) and don’t want to have the stress of breaking lease. We both work in Mascot so looking to stay in Maroubra, Mascot ,Randwick ,Coogee kind of area. Maroubra would be first preference, closer to a park the better. We need a pet friendly house as we have a small 3 year old Kelpie, he’s super friendly and gets on with other dogs. So if you have your own dog who wants a friend that would be good. He spends most of the time in the garden but he must be allowed in at least some part of the house when we are home. He sleeps outside in his kennel usually. We also have a 3 bedroom place at the moment and all the furniture is ours so we can have a furnished or unfurnished room as we will sell what we don’t need. Dates are flexible by a few weeks as we are house/dog sitting for our friend in the first week of April . Please PM me if you have or know of anything . Worst case we will get a new lease but would prefer not to have the hassle so just seeing whats out there first. We are very clean, almost a big OCD and love to be social at the weekends, however during the week we both get up at 5am for work so we are looking for a mature household where we can become friendly with our housemates but still respect each other privacy.
Hello!! My name is Isabella, I am currently studying at St George TAFE, doing a nursing course. I have recently moved to the city and come from a small country town. I enjoy having my own space and having downtime to myself. However I do enjoy a friendly chat with others. I am a tidy and neat person. I am needing a place close to a train station with long term stay.
We're a clean, friendly and quiet couple We work monday to friday and we're looking a good place for share or rent long term.
I currently work full time in the city for a government agency. I am respectful, clean and frequently go to the gym as I am a body builder. Looking for a flatmate who is clean and respectful.
Joshua and I both work in Hospitality, we are currently living in Ashfield and love to hang with friends, watch Netflix and spend time with family. We are not fussy and very care free, just looking for a nice place to live with great people!
Hey, I am arriving Sydney on 2nd march and will start degree program at UTS. I am looking for flat or apartment to share with young students or professionals. I am an outgoing person, ready to hang out for dinner, movies or anyway of catching up. I hope to meet people of same mindset and make a home out of house :)
My name is Ermin and I'm 32 years old. I am looking for someone to team up to rent a 2 bed 2 bathroom place in Sutherland,Hurstville, Kogarah or Rockdale. I have most furniture and appliances but you will need your own bedroom furniture. I strictly require a place without carpets due to my dust mite allergies. English is my first language. I have lived in share houses in Melbourne and Sutherland Shire. I have predominantly lived with females in my history of house/flat-sharing. I can also provide references from previous flatmates on request. I work full-time corporate hours. I am employed by a NSW government agency which means I've passed my police checks. I like to watch the NRL (Go Sharkies!), exercise and listen to music. I also volunteer at an animal shelter. I am introverted 60% of the time and the other 40% I am always up for a chat or other outdoor activities. I also know to allow others their privacy. Even though I am only renting, I care for the unit as if it were my own and I hope to find someone who is similar. I have good standard of cleanliness and I have always expected that from my flatmates. I am looking for a long term rental, at least 1 year or more. If you are keen to team up, send me a message and we can get to know each other and apply for a 2 bed 2 bathroom apartment together.
Hi Nice to meet you, I'm an IT professional from Hong Kong and is coming to work in Sydney, will need a short term accommodation for 4 months. I'm a tidy, clean and respectful person, dad of a 1 yr old boy (dun worry my baby is not coming with me :D). May need to cook for dinners but probably only use my own rice cooker so you won't even notice that I used your kitchen. Only consider places within walking distance to train station as I will heavily rely on trains. Will want to explore around Sydney when I don't need to work. fb: https://www.facebook.com/ryan.tsui linkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/ryan-tsui-17b92972/
