Hi, my name is Diyan. I am 31 years old and going to studying at Curtin University in febuary 2026. I am currently looking for a student accommodation near campus that offers a safety and strong academic environment.

I am an introverted person who values a calm, clean, and respectful home. I am generally quiet, tidy, and considerate of shared spaces. While I enjoy peaceful surroundings at home, I also like spending time at cafés to relax and enjoy social life outside the house.

I am responsible, respectful of house rules, and reliable with rent and household responsibilities. I value privacy and mutual respect and aim to be an easygoing and pleasant housemate. I am looking for a private room in a shared house where everyone maintains a positive and comfortable living environment.
