Hey everyone!
32 years old, Italian with Permanent Residency, full time job.

I’m looking for a room in a clean, quiet and cozy home in either Mooroobool, Earlville, Stratford, Brinsmead, Edge Hill, Whitfield, Redlynch and Kanimbla.

Just to make it clear, I am not interested in living with more than 2 other people in the house or having to share a bathroom with 3 others, so if this is the case kindly don’t message me.

I do not watch tv, I’m extremely clean, respectful and tidy. I wake up early every morning to train at the gym. I spend most of my free time outdoors, especially at the beach. I’d love to find somewhere to live with likeminded people.

Budget is $250 max bills included as I’m rarely at home.
