Jade and Darcy

We are a newly married couple who are laid back and friendly. We love a good yarn and appreciate a balance between socialising and privacy. We enjoy maintaining a clean living space and respect others’ belongings and are considerate in shared spaces. I (Jade) am a green thumb so I love a bit of garden/houseplant maintenance.

I’m from WA and work as an artist. I love fostering creativity in my artwork, living space and in the kitchen. I have a BA in Sustainability and Community Development, and am currently self employed painting murals and commissions, but am seeking more part time work.

Darcy is from rural VIC but has been travelling the last 8 years. He is a carpenter by trade and is currently transitioning into a mentorship/counselling role, which will be full time from January 2025. While we have been travelling full time in our Troopy and oversees, we are now moving to Adelaide for Darcy’s work. We’ve never lived in SA before so we’re keen to connect and make some mates!
