Hi everyone! I’m Mai (29), and I’m currently looking for a clean, respectful, and friendly sharehouse to call home. I am currently living in New Farm and working full-time in hospitality right in the CBD, which keeps me on a busy and reliable routine where rent and bills are always paid seamlessly on time. I’m out here on a Working Holiday Visa with plans to stay for at least a year, so I’m looking for a stable, long-term spot.

When it comes to living habits, I am a total neat freak about common areas and truly love keeping a tidy, organized, and fresh environment. I’m a bit of an introvert who loves recharging in my own space with a good book or some anime, but I’m far from a ghost! I really value a warm, peaceful household dynamic and am always down for a laugh, a chat over an iced latte, or a relaxed drink after a long shift.
