Hi I'm Christina 😊 am a high school teacher and a food lover! Very bubbly and positive, am generally always up for a chat, however I am considerate of personal space etc. Very tidy, not a party animal, but do love a few drinks over dinner. On weekends I often like to go up the coast or hike, things that get me out and about. Looking to move into an unfurnished bedroom with built in wardrobes, preferably own bathroom and parking space (or at least safe and close). Moving dates aren't too crazy as I'm just looking to relocate closer to the city, but sometime in October would be ideal 😊
I am a Happy Healthy Hippy chick originally from central NSW. Im vegan and health-conscious but not a Nazi about anyone elses diet (You do you, boo). About to commence my clinical counselling placement with an amazing organisation in Stones corner. So I guess somewhere relaxed and quiet-ish and even in that area would be great. I am a member of the LGBTI community and would ideally like to live with the same or people who are supportive and ok with who I am. Also currently completing my postgrad in Psychology. About to start my clinical placement. So a quiet place would be ideal. I am a reliable, tidy, outgoing and positive peep. my "partying" days are extinct but still head out now and again. Did i mention I bake on the weekends??? As mentioned, I am also a member of the LGBTI rainbow ... so you will need to be respectful and open to that. Cant wait to chat! Ps i am ideally looking for a room with an ensuite or my own bathroom but am aware thats not always possible ... my weekly budget is also bills inclusive and can be upsized if something is amazing. Please no dodgy boarding houses masquerading as share places ... and please no 3 am messages. pps i am also not comfortable with living with couples, single straight males, or a shared room ... I guess i wouldnt want to be a total third wheel. Sorry ! Ditto with random SMS from people telling me about their room or ppl contacting me with hevily overpriced rooms. Im not really looking to subsidize your rent and its so unethical to position yourself that way. I find these "group inspections" a real turn off also. If you arent capable of setting aside 20 minutes to show me around one-on-one? then that shows me alot. i guess if im interested i will get in contact. thanks! I also dont post my face online as I often attract creepy weirdos ... Sad right?
Back on Mainlandia (Briz) after 2 years on Nth Stradbroke Island. Looking for a share house preferably with a back yard in a tobacco tolerant or indifferent household. I'm an active filmmaker shooting sketch comedy, documentaries and landscape motion capture. I'll be in and out of Moreton Bay and need a stable base in the more Bohemian regions of Briz. Clean, a good cook and conversational across a broad range of topics. You'll find me upbeat and respectful of privacy.
Hi Everyone! So I've just secured a new job back in Brisbane and I'm look for a place to settle. I have been based on the Gold Coast for some years but it's time to move back to the big smoke. I work in construction so my days can be fairly long but I still like to make time for paying the Gym a visit as I try to live a reasonably healthy lifestyle. I enjoy going out for a feed, movies, and maybe a scotch or two or whatever random thing maybe on the cards. I'm a quite easy to get along with and happy to have a chat about the day had and watch movies or whatever but I also respect ones privacy if that's what they prefer. I'm also good with pets though have none of my own. Well I hope to hear from you. Take care and talk soon! Trent :)
Hey guys. We're a couple who have been travelling the world and are now setting ourselves up in Brisbane for the next few years at least. We're looking for team ups primarily, to get a 2 or 3 bedroom place. We enjoy a glass of wine (or seven) but are definitely not partyers. We rather chill at home playing a game of Risk or having a movie night. We love cooking so there will be always good food around. We are clean and tidy and we are looking for the same. Ideally, we'd like to share the space with someone/some people who are not only housemates but would become friends. If you think we'd be a good fit as housemates, message us as soon as you like and we will get back to you promptly. Cheers. Jacob and Petra.
Hello! Ideally I'm looking for a small place to myself because I haven't lived on my own in over 6 years. Having your own place can be quite expensive, so I'm also open to sharing a place with someone. I'm a flight attendant at Brisbane Airport, so my roster is all over the place. Some weeks I'm never home, and other weeks I'm just catching up on sleep. When I'm not working, I'm usually out camping or exploring mother nature. I'm a very quiet and respectful person. I mostly keep to myself when I'm home. Definitely not a party animal. I'm basically 27 going on 57 ;)
Friendly, quiet relaxed person, gets along with most people. wont disturb the neighbours. Clean, tidy, organised, responsible. Working full time same company 10 years, long hours with some travel. Recently separated looking for short term accom 3-6 months but neg.
I work full time, am a PhD Candidate so I study when not working. I also travel for work for a week or two every 3 months and my soul mate and small dog sleepover once a fortnight on average.
Hello! My name is Giulia and I am a PhD student from Denmark originally from Italy. I am looking for a room for my 3-months stay in this beautiful city. I love cooking, sport and travelling! Thank you!
Im looking for a clean household where people clean up after themselves. I'm very big on hygiene, and very big on putting things away when it's not being used. I don't mind a drink here and there, and don't mind heading into town over the weekends. I work full time, and am very committed to my work. In my spare time I like to travel and explore
Looking for a spacious, bright room somewhere within biking distance to the botanical gardens, until the end of the year. Vego, don't smoke, international PhD student, love animals so happy to move to a place with pets present. I'm not highly social but enjoy a good conversation, watching a movie or having dinner or a drink with housemates, but definitely also like to keep to myself in the evenings and chill during the week.
I'm Jess, I've just finished my last year of uni and started full time work in events and logistics in Brisbane CBD for the last few months after returning from a year in Lyon, France (studying abroad). I usually try to keep fairly busy and active. I love the outdoors and lived on the sunny coast for uni for a couple of years although originally born and bred in Victoria. I'm a morning person, so I usually head to the gym before work each morning. I enjoy having a chat and hanging out, but also like to have my own space and time to myself. I prefer to go out somewhere else if I'm going to have a drink because I don't really like to have a party in my own home. More than happy to have a housemate who has a few friends over every now and then or friends come and stay as I would like to be able to do the same.
Have recently been seconded to Brisbane for work so looking for a new home from late September 2017. Work is mon-fri and have interests in the evenings that keep me busy (post grad study and do a bit of yoga or try and head out for some other exercise) - my weekends can be quieter as still trying to get out and mingle a bit. I'm happy, tidy, friendly and great if my housemate doesn't mind sharing a meal, vino, chat sometimes. Prefer to share with one other female, has to be furnished and need off street secure parking. Im also interested in a 'team up' too and happy to look at all inner city suburbs for a suitable rental. If it sounds like we fit please get in touch and we can have a chat and take things from there.
I am 21 years young; I was born in Brisbane and have lived in Brisbane all my life. I love animals, listening to music e.g.:(Katy Perry, Miley Cyrus, Michael Jackson, Justin Bieber), and shopping. My favourite food would be mushroom and veggie spaghetti bolognese and my all time favourite beverage is COFFEE haha. I currently work part time in retail in Brisbane City and when I have spare time I like to go to Southbank, go for walks and see family and friends. I'm new to the whole flatmates scene and it will be my first time moving out from home, however I can assure you that I am friendly , considerate and always up for a chat. What makes me great to live with is that I am independent, respectful and I like to hold a good conversation, however I also enjoy spending time on my own and doing my own thing. I am NOT a party animal so you won't need to worry about that ☺ Please only message me if the rent is under my budget listed in my profile, as I am working part-time and that’s all I am able to afford. Thanks for you understand.
Hi my name is Megumi from Japan. I am looking for the accommodation closed to Brisbane city. I work at daytime in the city. I am a triathlete and have been training for over one year.I am getting into this sports seriously and am currently training to qualify for the Age group World Champs on the Gold Coast next year.So I get up at 4 am to start the training in the city, Mt Cootha, Spring hill and Nundah at 5:15-5:30am and go to bed by 10pm everyday. I have got my road bike stolen before so that I would like to keep my bike inside the house or garage. It would be fantastic if I could live with someone who is a triathlete or an early morning person. I am never complained by housemates or landlords before. I am clean and tidy and not a party person.
