Hi there.
I am a 37-year-old Kiwi moving over around Feb next year.
For the past 9 years, I have run a successful electrical business back in Auckland.
I plan on working for someone to begin with but will eventually start my own business in the GC.
I love the ocean and spending lots of time near or on the water, including surfing, diving and boating.
Other hobbies include hiking and camping and keeping fit from running and swimming.
Back in Auckland, I owned my own home in which I renovated everything and kept the house to a very clean and tidy standard.
I'm very particular and thoughtful of others and their belongings.
I'm hoping to find a flat / room that has people in their late 20s and older where I can fit in and be part of the house.
I'm a very easygoing guy who enjoys having a drink but is not into lots of partying.
