Hey, I’m Liz! I’ve just started working as an officer in corrective services and want to move to the Fernvale area mid to late January :) I’m full time employed, will never miss rent, and have bond ready to go.
I have friends and hobbies and mostly keep to myself.
Looking for a clean, quiet housemate that’s easy to get along with!
Not interested in large share houses or party houses, one other housemate is ideal.
If there’s someone looking to get a new lease together I am fully furnished, fridge, couch, washing machine and dryer, otherwise I’ll sell everything for the right room in an established house :)
Non negotiables: I have a cat and a dog. Both friendly, house trained. Doggo is old, she doesn’t dig, chew, bark or cause problems, she mostly just sleeps all day.
A single lock up garage space is also required for my motorcycle and a few other things, happy to park my car on the street though :)
Would prefer my own bathroom and bigger room, happy to pay what it’s worth :)
