A working full-time single mother with a 7 yrs old boy look for a granny flat or room to call home. We always head out to work/ school as early as 6:30 a.m and back home around 5:30 p.m. Sometimes I work from home. We love to go out on weekends. Ideally two rooms 350-380 pw for us will be perfect. Prefer anywhere close to public transportation. We sometimes go out with van, overnight, on weekends so that my housemate have whole house for herself. Looking for places with only extra 1 female or her dependant to share. We don't want extra complicated. Formal lease agreement preferred.
We have our set daily routine. We are quiet and treat your place as our own. If you have a place have relatively small room is fine. If you have a second lounge area will be a plus. Strong applicants with policy check and good rent history. Team up with Female only.
