I'm an energetic 62-year-old man who still thinks he is 30! I enjoy swimming and outdoor activities. I work part-time and prefer living in a clean, vibrant studio with some privacy. I love having an outdoor area for BBQs and exercise. My space is my sanctuary, free from chaos, and perfect for relaxation after a day of fun in the pool or beach. I am very social and love an occasional beer or wine after a hard day of physical work. I am an excellent cook!! And love cooking up a storm!
