Hiii! My name is Sophie, and I am from the South East of England coming to aus on my first year working visa to spend time closer to my twin brother who has lived in Perth for a couple of years now!

I am a qualified yoga teacher and keen arm balancer 🤸🏽‍♀️ I love what I do and in turn love a healthy, active, explorative life style.

You’ll often find me upside down standing on my hands or my head, outside staring at the stars or the sea, or in the kitchen making something delicious to eat. I love food. 😁
