We’re both working professionals with stable full-time jobs. We’re clean, tidy and considerate, and we really value having a peaceful and comfortable home. We’re sociable and always happy to have a chat, but we also respect everyone’s privacy and personal space.

Ideally, we’re looking for a private studio or a spacious room with our own bathroom/ensuite, in a clean and well-maintained home. We’re responsible with rent and bills, non-disruptive, and would treat the property as our own.

We’re hoping to find somewhere we can settle into and feel at home rather than just a short-term place to stay.
