Hi there,
My name is Josh, I have just graduated from the University of Queensland and I am about to start full time work at Energy Queensland in their Newstead office. My passions are exercising, reading, movies, hanging out with friends and coding. I keep a tidy space and tend to put a weekend day aside to clean. I will be working full time, I try to exercise 6 times a week and hangout with friends so I tend to not be home too often. I am a social person but I also understand when people need time to themselves within an apartment. I have a great renting history, I stayed in a sharehouse in St Lucia for a year and then moved to a 2 bedroom apartment in Taringa for 3 years. I received the full bond back from both of these. I have never had any issues with roommates, real estate agents or neighbours.
