Hi I’m looking for a place I can call home. I’m respectful, clean and pretty easy going. I work in HR and am returning to Brisbane from Sydney after 4+ years. I’d love a place that I can relax but have housemates around for a wine and a chat sometimes. Exercise and cooking are some things I like to do.
Hi, my name is Rafael, I am a mechanical engineer, I’ve been living in Brisbane for 8 years and have experience in sharing a house. I like to keep things clean and organised (not too crazy though) and I’m very busy during the week and sometimes on weekends too, so I am looking for someone respectful, reliable, honest, stable, mature, clean, friendly and who always pays bills on time to share a house or an apartment with somewhere close to the CBD. Also, I would prefer to have my own bathroom if possible. If you would like to have a chat and maybe team up for a place, or if you already have a place and are interested, send me a msg, :)
I'm friendly, very clean, respectful and easy going. I'm an Engineer and work FIFO Monday to Friday and love getting out and about on the weekends. I'm in to fitness, outdoors, I have always enjoyed hanging out with housemates but will also hide in my room and watch a movie from time to time. Can probably have my arm twisted pretty easily to go for a beer. New to Brisbane, non-smoker, unfortunately no pets and am pretty flexible on the move in date
I’m generally conscientious and have over 5 years experience living with roommates. I spent ~8 years in the USA — where I completed my bachelor's and master's — and moved back to Aus about 1.5 years ago. I've also lived in a few other countries. I'll be in Brisbane for at least a year to pursue some projects. I’m social, but I do enjoy my alone time so I’d be looking for a roomate/roomates who would be understanding of that. If there's anything else you'd like to know, feel free to ask. Looking at a mid-May move in.
Hi! I’m Cheryl 😊. I’m from England and am in Australia on a working holiday visa, full time, as an environmental consultant in coastal engineering and flood risk management. For the last 4 months I have been travelling around Asia, New Zealand and the east coast and I’m now looking for somewhere to settle in Brisbane for 3 months or longer, and not live out of a backpack! In my spare time I love socialising with friends and meeting new people, playing sport and going to the gym, walking, baking and watching movies! I am hoping to learn to surf whilst living in Brisbane as my next challenge! I think my friends would describe me as easy going and fun natured! I’m looking for housemates who I can become friends with and are likeminded.
Hi flatmates! Myself and my wife are looking to share a place with likeminded people. Originally from the UK, we're laid back, active, and enjoy exploring QLD. We work on opposite sites of Brisbane so looking for somewhere in the middle. We both work full time, I play football at weekends and enjoy keeping fit. We're extremely clean, very respectful and are both happy to socialise. Hopefully hear from you soon.
Hey there, I'm looking to team with one, possibly two people to start a new unit in the New Farm area. I currently live in Fortitude Valley/Newstead and would like to stay close by. The lease on my place is up in mid June, with no option to extend. I have all furniture required to setup the place, including second bedroom if needed. Would like to share with someone social, but also mutually space respectful. Flexible on age, but definitely looking for someone who is happy to help out around the place and not looking to setup a party house. I am a 38yo Account Manager who works Monday to Friday during the day. I try to stay active, enjoy cooking and an occasional drink. If this sounds like something that could suit you please send me a message. Thanks.
We are an Irish couple, moving to brisbane for work. We love the outdoors, music. Plan to be quite busy doing day trips when we aren't at work. We are looking for somewhere relaxed and tidy. We are sociable but also appreciate our own space.
Originally from Manchester, been living in Sydney for the last 18 months. Just landed myself a new job in Brissy so looking to make the switch. Work in recruitment so usually work longish hours and pretty chill through the week, but do like a few beers every now and then. Into football (soccer) so will be waiting to join a team when I arrive but pretty much watch / like all sports. Like to mix it up on the weekends and get about... looking for easy going housemates, who are drama free :)
I'm moving back to my home town of Brisbane for work as an Electrical Engineer. I am very clean and tidy, like cooking and occasionally hosting friends for dinner etc. Flexible with living arrangements and sharing cooking / chores if we want to. My hobbies include soccer, cycling, learning guitar and I enjoy getting out and about.
