Hey! I´m a 20 years old, German student, doing an internship in Brisbane for about 5 month. I have a lot of experience in living in shared flats as I have studied, worked and lived for over one year in France. I like travelling, Sports (Ultimate Frisbee) and Music (piano, dancing), cooking and spending time together with my flatmates and I am open to new activities!
I'm a young full-time professional, working in city for govt.. I enjoy biking, hiking, jogging, badminton. I will be out mostly through the week working or playing sports so I am looking for a home and not a party house. A non smoker and permanent resident of Australia. A easy going person, super friendly, likes making new experiences. So if you share a similar lifestyle, contact me!
I'm easygoing, friendly, humorous and with respect for all people. I'm organized, clean, decent with a good sense of humor. I'm a Brazilian guy in Brisbane to study English and I have a part-time job. I´m looking for a minimum stay of 6 months, if we get along, we can stay flatmates for a long time. Interested in single rooms with own bathroom in the region of Valley-Newstead-Teneriffe-New Farm. Best Regards!!
Hi there, I'm Ness! I'm looking for a place while I continue (the seemingly never ending journey) of saving for a house deposit. And no, I will not sacrifice smashed avo. I'm single and have a pretty good balance in life. I'm housemate trained after share housing for a decade or so, including basics such as: - keeping communal areas tidy - 'clean as you go' kitchen habits - pushing a vacuum cleaner and other weekly chores - replacing toilet paper and other household items - Netflix binging - kicking back and having a chat with a drink in hand or over dinner - respecting/ giving you space I highly value staying active, healthy and happy, which means I'm busy during the weekdays with: - exercising (boxing, running, gym, indoor soccer, walking, or other) - working full time in health and community care (which also requires occasional travel) - spending time with mates (usually out of the house) Weekends are for adventures, events, and sometimes relaxing. Things I'd like to do at any time? - travel. I just got back from trekking to base camp Everest which (probably needless to say) was incredible. Diving somewhere is happening for the Easter break... - eat. I love eating, particularly anything fresh, or on a brunch menu, but I certainly don't discriminate. - spend my time outdoors doing everything and anything. - spend time with animals- I've done volunteering in this space before and if you have a pet I'll love it like my own! I'm looking to move to a place: - preferably early-mid Feb - for 6 months or more - with max 3 housemates - unfurnished bedroom - with carpark (on street parking is fine) - close to the city (walking distance preferably) I'd be looking for housemate(s) who are positive, enjoy wit, predominantly sociable, and enjoy what they do. Anything else you want to know? Feel free to message me!
I am a funny, type of person who enjoys the company of others, I can cook, and keep things clean not afraid of house work and keeping things tidy. When I have spare time love the outdoors and exploring new places to visit. I workout most days and studying a lot with Batchelor of Health Science in Acupuncture. I am a qualified Shiatsu Practitioner dealing with muscle aches and pains and other health issues.
I'm Kahli. I'm 26. I work full-time in the city at a law firm. I'm home by 5.30pm most days. I like to chill at home or go out for meals/to the movies during the week. On the weekend I like to hang out at home for a drink or go out for dinner, gigs, movies etc
I am from Colombia, I consider myself a happy and positive making the most of every day,I like listen to music, I try to exercise most of the days(sometimes I fail), I am a easy going person, working full time in the financial industry, married, however my wife is going to be away for 6 months thats why I'm looking somewhere nice to be for the following 6 months. I prefer a private room and private bathroom.

Hello, My name is Oscar I'm a 19 year old male currently living in Brisbane. I'm a student at UQ who also works around 25 hours a week so I'm pretty busy but when I can I love to relax and socialize! Looking to downsize from my current place in StLucia. I'm quite clean and always up for a chat!
I'm an open minded, easy going and responsible german with who you can laugh, drink, talk, discuss or just watching tv. I'm excited to live in a sharing property and will accept all upcoming works or exercises in the houshold. I love doing sports, playing guitar and especially travelling. Back home I just finished school and this trip to Australia is kind of a Gap-Year. All in one, I'm very easy to live with and i would love to be your new flatmate!
***Not looking for a share room*** Hi I'm Caitlin! Looking for an apartment/townhouse share with 1 or 2 other females around similar age, I work full time for a bank in the city 9-5, really sociable but also love me some alone time so I won't always be up in your grill :) I don't mind pets and love to relax with a wine and a chat at the end of the day or in the weekend with my friends/housemates. I'm too old for a party house these days and would looove to live with someone that can motivate me to do more yoga and exercise! Preferably would like somewhere central city so I can walk to work but open to South Bank, Newstead etc area. Not looking to move until beginning of March as this is when my current lease ends. I'm also pretty cool and get on easily with anyone! Thanks :)
Hey guys, this is Stenver. I'm a student from Taiwan! After I finished my 2nd year WHV, I'm about to study Diploma in January. I am looking for a place which is near by my college. I'm a bit shy for the first sight but it won't take too long to get involved. I'm such a foodie, love to explore the city and take pictures, also keen on fashion and creative stuff. I love the place to feel like home and live like a family, I'm very neat and strict to be clean, if you are the same person like me, I'd really love to be your mates!
Hey guys! I'm Tahlia! I'm currently living in a share house on the north side of Brisbane but I'd love to move out and get closer to the city. I'm looking for a housemate that's probably between the ages of 21 and 25. I'm 21. I'm a very quiet and reserved person but I love to have a laugh. I'm a neat and tidy person, I like having a clean house but my bedroom does tend to get a bit messy, I do a clean on weekends when I'm not working. On one hand I'm quite the hermit, I'll happily sit at home and do a Netflix Marathon all day but on the other hand I love to be outside and exploring new places or going to the beach. I'm a non smoker and rare drinker, I don't like to party and I go to bed early. I'm a musician and a beginner pole dancer. I love food, books, photography and videography and if there's an animal around, there's a 100% chance I'll talk to it rather than any humans nearby. I have a pet - you'll need to be open minded because she's a rat. I know I know, a rat definitely wasn't my first choice of pet either but she was so darn cute I couldn't resist! She IS strictly an outside pet though but she comes inside for cuddles. I also have a gorgeous cat called Turtle who lives with my parents - I would love to bring her up to live with me if it's at all possible but it depends on the living situation. I need to move into a place where I can put my car under cover or in a shed and I have a jewellers bench that I also need to put somewhere - a shed is ideal for that too. I would prefer to be able to spread out my belongings throughout a house as I have too many things to keep in one bedroom. I would love to live much closer to the city, 15 minutes or under would be amazing. Travelling to work from where I live now is getting super expensive! I'd also prefer to move in with just one person. If we team up, I would prefer that we find a 3 bedroom place so that my parents, and friends, have a place to stay when they visit from NSW. I ask that my new roommate doesn't smoke please! If i sound like someone you would like to live with, feel free to contact me and we can meet up for coffee and chat sometime!
Hi! My friend Alex and I are moving to Brisbane in February and are looking for a place to stay for our first month in the city. (If we like the place we're more than open to extending our stay as we'll be staying in Brisbane for a while.) Alex and I have been friends for almost 10 years - ever since we shared a room together in Greece during a summer when we worked as bartenders in one of the local clubs on Kos island! A lot has happened since then though, and today I'm an IT consultant at a web agency in Stockholm and Alex has a degree in engineering. I will keep working at my job remotely during my stay in Brisbane, so I'll be spending most of my evenings on my laptop communicating with Sweden, and therefore highly value a good internet connection! We both love to meet new people and hang out and socialise and we're looking forward to introducing Australia to the Swedish concept of "fika". We are also fun, caring and respectful individuals and we are looking to move in on the 3rd Feb. XX
Hey, I'm currently living on the Gold Coast however my work is shifting up to Brisbane shortly and I'll be looking for somewhere new to live up there once they move. I'm 29 years old, easy going, clean, respectful of other housemates and due to working full-time (IT) and studying for a certification you'll barely see me as I'll either be at work or in my room studying - boring I know, but does make for a good housemate! Apart from work and study I like to keep fit, catch up with friends, travel and go exploring different areas around where I'm living (haven't lived in Brisbane so plenty of exploring to do!). I'm also guilty of liking a good takeout and Netflix/movie night too - this guy sure knows how to chill ;-) Anyway, I wont go into too much detail but please feel free to contact me for a chat and possibly organise a meet up to suss out if I'm a suitable housemate. Thanks for looking.... :-) PS - I have been living with a female housemate for a little over a year now and more than happy to supply a reference from her if requested....
I work full time (or more) as a cosmetics consultant/ makeup artist in Newstead. I am clean, easy-going and quiet and spend most of my spare time at the gym, beach or netflix-ing. I need a respectful housemate who will do their share of the housework, but mainly someone I don't mind socialising with as it makes it so much easier to live together in a friendly environment (although I also enjoy my own space). I'm looking for somewhere relatively quiet on work nights, preferably with a pool and my own bathroom. I have been renting in Kelvin Grove for the past year and would love to find somewhere around the Newstead/ Teneriffe area to avoid driving to work. Hope to hear from you soon :)
I'm a professional 32 year old female who comes with a friendly black lab. She's an outside dog who's well behaved so I need at least a small space for her with some undercover area. I'm looking to move down from the Sunshine Coast in approx. a months time. Hoping to find something with friendly house mates. I have my own friends around Brisbane but I don't mind being social with those I live with too. I'm always busy, working, training at gym and going out and I'll probably be heading to the beach a lot of weekends. I'm tidy, easy going and considerate. I don't smoke but I don't mind if roomies do. I am happy to live with people in their early 20's to late 30's. I have my own bedroom furniture which I would prefer to use.
I'm a PhD Candidate (doing my research about culinary tourism/social media and marketing). Apart from doing my PhD, I also work part-time (a few days per week) as a consulate officer in the CBD. I've lived in a lot of shared houses (both in Brisbane and Glasgow) while Bangkok and Malmö are cities where I spent my childhood. Well I like to think that I'm pretty easy to live with - however I am such a clean/neat freak and a minimalist. I really like something that's marble, woody, white or rose-gold! If the bedroom is unfurnished, that's totally fine since I have got some ideas for my Pinterest-inspired bedroom. Obsessed with all the candles, Aesop products and etc that can make the home is a place to unwind. I would say I prefer to keep the house organised and clutter-free. I mostly cook at home but as a foodie I often go out to find good places/cafes to chill out and catch up with foodies. Although I love cooking and baking (everyone says I'm pretty good at baking anything about matcha) at home, I do use electricity wisely so we can save money and help protect the environment.
All my friends are now married, so I'm seeking to share a unit/townhouse with one other person. Preferably two bathrooms and a carpark (although a place with ample street parking is also fine) - these are not a prerequisite however. Looking anywhere Brisbane Inner North (I have listed many example suburb options but not further North than Chermside). Looking to move now, as I have had to extend my lease a further two weeks to Feb 1st. I work at Eagle Farm so closer to there is ideal. I have all the gear required to setup a place (indoor/outdoor furniture, TV, kitchen stuff etc etc), so if you have a place for rent that is already kitted out (or nowhere for me to store) chances are it might be tough for us to manage. Unfortunately it seems many of the rooms listed for rent are also already kitted out. I have storage options available for some of my items but not all, so perhaps something could be negotiated there. Happy to meet up this week to discuss teamup possibilities and gauge suitability. My work is understanding with me needing to find a place to rent so anytime can be arranged. I work as a logistics manager for an IT company have just completed two degrees (Diploma of Graphic Design / Bachelor of Communication Design) in the past 2.5 years. Weekends I like to go to the beach / hiking / visiting friends. I would like to find someone who is open to the possibility doing a bit of meal sharing because I enjoy cooking for others more than myself and I appreciate that communal aspect of it. I like to have a couple of hours later in the weeknight evenings to myself to work on projects / wind down. Flexible with leasing options but would rather something 6months+ Cheers!
I'm currently looking for a new apartment to lease until around 16th February as my current landlord has decided to sell up. I am 26, from the UK and on a working holiday visa which expires in February. Looking for somewhere within 30mins of the city (walking or by public transport). My maximum budget is $180 including bills. I currently work in the CBD for an insurance company Monday to Friday from 8.30am - 5pm. I'm fairly chilled out during the week and on the weekends like to get out and explore the city and it's surroundings or meet up with friends.
Hello all, I am a tutor and a PhD. research scholar working at Griffith University. I work full time at the university as a tutor along with doing my PhD. I am looking for a clean and quiet place to stay. I am into working out, healthy eating and living. I would ideally like to stay really close to the G:Link or the train station (as I would be traveling from Brisbane to Gold Coast, if living in Brisbane). I am a friendly and easy going person and enjoy cooking painting and reading a lot. P.S. I am currently overseas on research and conference leave and will be returning on the 12th of February. I will be needing a place to move in precisely on those dates. As a result my only mode of communication will be this portal:) looking forward, Diti:)
I'm an young, aspiring architect from the Gold Coast looking for a place to call home in Brissy. I'm both a student, studying a Master of Architecture, as well as working in the CBD in the field. I am a bit of a perfectionist, so cleanliness is up there on my priority list. I play guitar and dig indie music. Also love making coffee! I will supply memes free of charge.
Always clean and tidy don't mind chipping in to help out with other things around the house. I love whipping up a storm in the kitchen even for the whole house, music and art are a large part of my life I'm currently trying to get my artwork out there and hoping to make something for myself. I'm studying graphic design and work part time as a bartender/glassy Any questions don't be afraid to ask :) Thanks

Looking to move in by end of month or just after CNY. We're easy going and on the clean n tidy side. Enjoy cooking and the odd occasion drinks. Hi. I'm a recent masters graduate moved up from Melbourne for work as a software engineer in the cbd. I work standard full time hours and spend my free time chilling with people either in person or online. I sometimes like a bit of space, so looking to have a respectful, neat and tidy sharehouse environment. Looking to team up to rent a new apartment, or move into an existing sharehouse in a new/newish apartment.
Hey! I'm Harry, a recent graduate working full time for the state government. Born in Brisbane, just moving out of a 1 year lease share apartment and looking to upgrade. Overall, I would consider myself social and easy to talk to but still introspective and definitely in need of my own space some of the time. As a housemate I think of myself as communicative and friendly, I'm not a cleaning nut but like to live tidily and hope that you do too to some degree. Don't have any pets but would be more than happy to move into a place that has some. I love music a lot and love talking about it. I also like art and reading books and I just gained an interest in gardening! If I can find people with similar interests and values, I'll be happy!
Quiet, respectful and mindful of others when needed however very social especially if we get along well. Love spending nights in watching either sport or netflix but love going out for a drink. Lover of breakfast foods and burgers so if you want to try a new cafe or burger joint count me in. Night shift worker away from the city so need a car space (secured or free street parking is fine) and need housemates to be okay with said shift - usual arrival time home from work would be roughly 5-6am. Very understanding that there may be noise around while I sleep during the day and will not make this an issue. Looking for a private room (ensuite or own bathroom preferred but not a deal breaker) where I can walk and explore the Valley and inner city lifestyle and enjoy a drink at live gigs without needing a $60 cab or be a short uber ride away (eg Morningside) Also interested in starting a teamup possibly with one or two others and have seen plenty properties online around Morningside and also some closer to the Valley. Very respectful and clean in shared areas and always open to conversations about how we are able to improve or keep our living situations running well. Feel free to message me whenever. Most likely to reply after 2pm due to sleeping during the day.
Pays rent on-time every time. Clean, patient, understanding, caring, quiet 21 year old originally from the Sunshine Coast. I work 6 days a week in civil construction. Am a great easy friendly guy to live with and have a girlfriend who I frequently see during the week and sleep over at her house.
Working full time in the Valley, in Hospitality about 45 hours a week so you'll rarely ever see me. Clean and tidy. Don't mind socialising but also fine with keeping to myself. Prefer to go out than drink at home. I only smoke outside. I like to try and keep fit and healthy. I would like somewhere with internet. I read a lot so I won't be constantly pestering you. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you feel I'd be an asset to your place. I'm also flexible with the date and length of stay. Cheers!
I'm an easy going, social and friendly person. I like to think I've got a good sense of humour and enjoy banter with my friends, family and hopefully with my future housemate. I love sport, particularly soccer/football. I'm reliable and punctual as well as being house trained/domesticated. I enjoy cooking if I have the time to fit it in.
Hi All - My two current flatmates are packing up and heading o/s, hence why I must start the Flatmate search again! I am an easy going gal in my early 30's. I currently work for an airline, so I do shift work. Due to this I would ideally be looking at a 2 bed/2 bath situation. Or if not doable taking the Ensuited room not to wake anyone up when I get up at ridiculous times in the morning to slap on make up for work! I currently live in Newstead/Bowen Hills area. I am open to moving, but would tend to like to stay similar or northside suburbs. Would love to keep a Pool to cool off in Summer, some air con would be lush but isn't a must (would take just ceiling fans). Due to the shift work, you may not see me at times. I am quite social, so do like to get along with who I live with, catch up over some wine and dinner. But also love downtime just chilling. On days off I try and hit the coast as much as possible too! I'm getting in early - looks like I'll be needing to move March time. So if you have something or would like to look together - please get in touch xx
Moved to Brisbane a few months ago, working for an engineering firm in Fortitude Valley and looking for somewhere walking/biking distance from work. I'm in my late 20's, easy going and pretty quiet during the week but don't mind a drink and some fun on the weekends. I'm looking to live with one other person who is happy to share cooking and who doesn't mind the odd house guest when I have friends visiting from home. I am very dog and cat friendly.
Hey I'm Maddie! I'm a full time hairdresser in the city. I'm super fun, tidy and respectful. I'm really social but also love my down time. I work a lot, so enjoy my time when I'm not. Hope to hear from you if I sound like your kind of gal! Maddie xx

I am a professional who works full time in the CBD and also completing my masters. I would like to live with other professionals who are friendly, considerate, easy going and happy to be social. Being clean and tidy is a must. I don't have any pets but are happy for you to. Unfurnished is a must as I have my own bedroom suite. Parking is also required - either street parking (with or without permit) or off street parking.
I'm easy going, fun, love a laugh whilst also being tidy and considerate of others. I work full time in the city, and most days I'm up early exercising before walking to work. Week nights, I'll be playing touch football, chilling/cooking with a glass of wine or going out to catch up with friends. Most weekends I head up the coast to (attempt) to surf or stand up paddle. Looking to take a lease on a 2 bed 2 bath and someone like minded to fill the spare room! I have a new car so would be keen to have it undercover. If this sounds like something you're after, feel free to send me a message! :)
Hi there, I'm Jessica and will be working full time as a dentist from mid January. Currently I'm looking for a unit/apartment in Teneriffe or Newstead. Also looking for a working professional female housemate of similar age to share with- my working hours will be long so it'd be good to have a sociable housemate to wind down and relax with after work. I'm friendly, sociable and a bit of a neat-freak so hoping to find a housemate who is fairly similar. Feel free to message me if you think we'd get along or if you happen to have a listing for a unit in either of the suburbs mentioned above. I would also prefer my own bedroom and bathroom, and non-smokers only please. I'd love to hear from you :)
Ladies of Brisbane! Looking for a friendly and fun babe to move into a 2 bed/ 2 bath apartment. I'm a full-time working professional, keep busy through the week and go to gym most evenings. I enjoy living an active lifestyle, getting out and about on weekends, catching up with friends and family and equally enjoy my own downtime. I'm very clean, respectful of others and financially secure - bills always paid on time. I do require a secure car space. Ideally, I'd like my roomie to be someone who is happy to occasionally head out for a nice meal, cocktails or have a girls night relaxing at home with a glass of wine and netflix! Sound like you?? Send me a message! - I'd love to hear from you! Mel :)
I'm respectful and I like to have a laugh. I'm a bubbly, energetic person who also loves to have my quiet time. I'm very active and enjoy the out doors. I have a staffy x bull mastif. He is very well trained and loves to hang out and keep you company. He loves to greet you and play. He only barks if there is an intruder but then would probably like you to death. He is my best friend and we love to go to the beach together. 😁

Hi there, I am currently looking for a new place for my last semester at QUT. I'm an easy going 23 year old who likes to do all kinds of sports, have a casual drink and likes to cook. I am originally from Germany but moved here 1.5 years ago. I am hoping to find fun people I can spend my last semester with. I would describe myself as tidy and when I go out I am usually at one of my friends' houses anyway.
