Hi, my name is Yasmine and I’m looking for a room in a clean, calm share house from the beginning of April (dates a bit flexible). I’m 39, originally from France, and I’m a third‑year nursing student at Southern Cross University as well as a support worker, so I’m often out studying, at placement, or working overnight shifts.
I’m very tidy and respectful of shared spaces, and I enjoy a healthy lifestyle – I love CrossFit, the gym, surfing and getting outdoors. I’m friendly and easygoing, happy for a chat in the kitchen, but I also appreciate personal space and a peaceful home (no party houses). I’m hoping to find housemates with good energy who are also considerate and like a relaxed, healthy environment.

Ideally I’m looking on the Gold Coast around Tugun, Coolangatta or Currumbin, with easy access to public transport and parking, but I’m open to nearby suburbs for the right place.
