Hi, I am a 29 year old female who is looking for a roommate to share a place with. I work full time Monday to Friday, like to live in a clean place close to the beach or on near the lake and am an active person. I am flexible with move in dates and would prefer a small yard but not essential. I would all so be keen to live in Emerald Lakes as it is close to where I work and the area has a lovely community feel to it.
Hey I’m Camille and I am from California but am a dual Aussie-American citizen moving from Sydney! I love the Gold Coast and I am excited to be planning to move in July. I am passionate about health and wellness and I love to cook, do yoga, and enjoy the beach. I am very tidy and respectful and I don’t drink or smoke. Looking for a flat mate/mates who are also health oriented and kind.
Hello 😃 Looking mainly for a granny flat. Or a unit, or private section of a house. Very quiet, independent, vegan, I respect your personal space I am either studying in my room of am out with my dog most of time. Always down at the beach. She is a miniature dachshund and goes everywhere with me - would be good to have a little grass for her. She gets along really well with other dogs and people, she’s an absolutely sweetheart. It would be nice to get to know my neighbours and would be nice to socialise on occaisions. I’m ex navy (12 years) so clean and responsible. Please read ad before replying 🙏🏼🙏🏼 I really value my privacy and I am looking for a specific living arrangement 😀
Hi, my names Andrew. I work full time in the office for a construction company (7am-5pm). I am quite active, enjoy surfing, gym and fitness. I like to live in a clean and tidy property preferably close to the beach. I am easy going, polite, considerate and respectful of other people and their property. I have my own bedroom furniture and plenty of cooking/ household appliances. Have any awesome day :)
Hey there, I'm Sharni, I'm currently not working due to illness but hoping to get back to the workforce asap, I have well-behaved little cat named Baby (she happily lives in my room and will basically just follow me around), I am very clean in shared areas, and friendly, though I mostly keep to myself. Unfortunately, I do smoke currently but it's not much and I am cutting back and hoping to quit completely soon. Day to day I spend most of my time just relaxing at home but I do like to roller skate, go to concerts and festivals, and explore local nature areas. I like to keep a clean home, especially in the bathroom and kitchen areas, and am very considerate of others and their belongings. I'm after somewhere to call home, somewhere safe, with good vibes and cool roomies, if any of that interests you please get in touch :). Ideally I'm looking for a studio/granny flat type space but am also considering teaming up or joining a small houseshare. As I have my cat having a bathroom/ensuite or separate space to keep the cat litter is preferred but not essential. If you're interested in teaming up, ideally I would want to look for a 2-3 bedroom place in the south GC area. Or if you have any questions about me or how I might fit into your existing household please contact me. Anyway, thanks for reading, message me if you have any questions :) I look forward to hearing from you.
Adelaide bloke, been on the coast for 2 years now and love the lifestyle. Work full time in flooring, like to dive, hike, camp, have been trying to surf lately and i dont mind a drink here and there. Looking for a house to move into with some similar people wich would also have some storage space for some of my work/camping gear.
I'm studying full-time as a student registered nurse and working casually/part-time in aged care. My current lease is up in July and i'm looking for around 6 months stay. I'm a very clean person, like to live in a calm environment and super friendly. I don't drink often but I do like socialising and having a few wines or dinner together occasionally :) Only people aged 20-30 please My budget is $200 if bills are included, otherwise $175 & between Burleigh - Coolangatta
My partner and I are from Melbourne and are new to the Gold Coast. We would love to find a granny flat/unit or a share house with maybe 1 other couple or person. We have always lived in rentals so are very respectful, welcoming, friendly and sociable. Looking for a house to call our new home from the start of July.
My name is Luiza, I’m 23 years old and working part time at Billabong. :) I’m very organised and tidy. I like my own space but also I am really keen to hang out and meet new people. I’m looking for a place for myself and my dog Lennox. He’s a 1 yo bull arab x Australian cattle dog. I’m a very active person, when I’m not at work I’m always at the beach surfing or playing with Lennox. :)
**found a place but leaving my listing active until I’ve moved in just (29/06) in case** Hi I’m Cristy. I need to move somewhere new, preferably as soon as possible :) I’m looking for a place to call home with kind, mature and friendly people. I have my own bedroom furniture so a large unfurnished room or a bit of storage would be amazing! ****please MUST have either off street parking/carspace or free, EASY to find and UNLIMITED parking out the front of the place**** Originally from Sydney, I am very used to sharing accommodation. I consider myself to be very considerate and quiet. Definitely extremely clean, respectful and tidy. I’m health conscious and an early morning person, so would prefer an environment where there aren’t late night parties or gatherings all the time. I work in Residential Care for youths on a fortnightly roster, so I will be away 3 arvos/nights one week, 2 arvos/nights and a weekend on the other. Since I won’t be home that much, I’m trying to keep my rent budget to max $200, if possible. When I have time off work, I generally like to get outside, go running, workout at the gym, skateboard etc. so it’s important to me that I find a place near the beach and nature. As much as I love a nice room and house, the vibe is much more important to me than how beautiful or modern it looks. So the place I’d choose would be the one where I feel most comfortable with the people I’ll be sharing with, not the most flashy location. Most importantly I’d love to flat with like-minded people who have their own lives but enjoy getting to know who they live with and would also like to form a friendship. People who are motivated, non-judgmental, open minded, care about the environment and their own wellbeing through healthy habits and maybe have also done a bit of travel for life experience. It’s essential that the home is completely drug free (if possible smoke-free as well, but that’s alright outside - I’m mainly referring to illicit drugs of any kind). High speed Internet would be good, since I am also studying a Diploma online. (I don’t need to download a lot, just need a fast and reliable connection more than anything. I don’t watch TV so don’t really need Netflix or anything like that). If you have read this far, thank you- and I hope that if we are a good fit, the universe will allow us to find each other on this site! :) Cristy
