TEAM UP

Hi, my name is Brian, I've just turned 60 (OH MY GAWD, right).

I lost my wife in 2016 after a long battle with cancer.

I'm hoping to find someone that might wish to team up and rent a house together long term, 12+ months

Briefly, I'm looking for
* UNFURNISHED house/unit with at least 2 bedrooms (i have ALL my own furniture)
* Split the bills with another person
*
* I'm allergic to cats
* I'm reasonably clean and would expect similar

I figured that I'd look into teaming up with someone, if they're interested to maybe find a suitable house/home to share with someone in the same kind of situation.

I've lived in this house since 2018 and my previous house for 10 years, first house the owner sold the house and I had to move out, this current one, the owners chose not to renew the lease. So I consider my rental history to be fairly good.

My lease runs out in April so am hoping to find somewhere before that time.

I have a houseful of furniture, so if you don't have any, or much, that wouldn't be an issue

I'm currently unemployed but searching.

I enjoy gaming and live streaming on Twitch

I'd be hoping for about $300 per week (each) with bills added on top, which would possibly find a nice place to live.

I don't drink or smoke (gave both up over 10 years ago each) and I don't party, a bit boring right. I don't have any pets, lost my little dawgie a few years ago and I'm allergic to cats.
