I have lived where I presently am for 11 years. I am neat, respectful, clean, honest; however the current place is shared by people who are the complete opposite and it's no longer an environment that I can be in.
I am reliable in regards to paying my rent / board on time; and am presently looking for work though am able to pay my rent. I would mainly require a bed as I have other furnishings; access to kitchen, laundry, fridge / pantry storage would be great.
