I was recently informed (Boxing Day 2025) that the owner requires boarders to be out by the end of January 2026.
Needs = bed (single), fridge, internet, bathroom, laundry. Can store dry goods in room (as at present). I am able to purchase food and cook for myself (iw meal provision nit required).
