Hi, I’m Andrew. I’m 40, on a DVA pension, and currently studying full-time. I keep things pretty relaxed and like a calm, tidy home.

Most of my time goes into study, staying active, and getting outdoors — camping, fishing, beach days, anything that helps keep life balanced. I’m social in a low-key way, but also happy doing my own thing and giving people space.

I have kids who live with their mum, and family time matters a lot to me — but at home I keep things quiet and respectful.

You can count on me to pay rent on time, keep shared areas clean, and not bring drama to the house. Just looking for a friendly, mature living situation with someone who values privacy, peace, and a decent laugh.

Promise I won’t set fire to the toaster at 2am.
