Mixed Asian, graduate student, in hospitality for almost a decade now working 5 days a week lunch and evenings. Non smoker, don't own any pets and have personal items (bedroom, kitchen goods) *flexible with furniture*. A few small laundry items, ironing board, vacuum etc. Clean, tidy and respectful of others spaces and belongings as I would expect the same.
