We are two girls looking for a place with 2 rooms near the CBD or somewhere with an easy commute to the city.

• Quiet lifestyle and responsible with rent
• We both love cooking

We’d also like to be transparent about our situation:
• One of us has a boyfriend who may visit occasionally
• I am married and my husband lives overseas (Indonesia). Because we are in a long-distance relationship, he may visit once or twice a year and stay for up to about a month.

Our budget:
• Up to $220/week (including bills) when staying alone
• Up to $300/week (including bills) when a partner is visiting
