My name is Luis from Argentina, I’m a barber and Content specialist currently looking for a long-term place around the Northern Beaches, anywhere from Collaroy to Mosman.
I’m ideally looking to share a home with one person only, or potentially rent a studio.

I’m very growth-oriented and focused on becoming better every day physically, mentally, spiritually and financially. I love going to the gym, personal development, business, content creation and being around positive people with good energy.
I’m someone who values peace, cleanliness, respect and a calm home environment. I don’t drink or party, and I genuinely enjoy living a healthy and disciplined lifestyle. I also have a strong faith and regularly go to church.
At the same time, I’m super easygoing, love humor, making jokes and creating a good vibe around the house 😄
I’m looking for a place that feels like a positive environment with good people and shared values, not just somewhere to sleep.
Budget: $300–$450 depending on the setup (shared house or studio).
