Hey, I’m Tia! I’m a pretty easy going, down to earth teacher looking for a comfy, coastal home and a likeminded housemate or granny flat/studio. I’m up early most days, love the gym, beach walks, and getting out and about - but I also really appreciate a peaceful, tidy home to unwind in. I love a home cooked meal, I rarely drink & often in bed early.
I also come with my 7-year-old spoodle, who’s a trained therapy dog and honestly the sweetest little guy. He’s super well-behaved, friendly, and non-shedding.

Ideally, I’m hoping to find something open with sunlight, close to the beach. I'm flexible with move days, anytime now & before end of January ideally. I’m also totally open to teaming up with someone to find a great place together or even jumping into a short-term room if it feels like a good fit.
