Hi, I’m looking for a long-term rental (whole apartment only) in Surfers Paradise or Broadbeach.

I’m 26 years old and have been working full-time in street performance/self-employed entertainment for over 12 years. My income is non-traditional, but I’m independently self-sufficient and have been supporting myself long-term through this work. I can provide ID, references, and income records if needed.
I’m a clean, quiet, and respectful tenant who takes pride in keeping a place well maintained. I don’t smoke, consume alcohol, don’t have pets or children, and I’m looking for a stable long-term home where I can focus on work and personal growth.
