Reliable & clean 34yo Italian FIFO worker looking for a relaxed home around Perth 🏡✨

Hi everyone! I’m a 34-year-old guy from Italy, currently living in Australia and relocating to Perth for my FIFO work (Casual schedule).

I have plenty of experience with shared housing, so I fully understand the golden rules of communal living: I’m extremely clean, tidy, and highly respectful of common spaces and everyone's privacy.

When I’m back on my R&R, I’m looking for a comfortable and relaxed environment to recharge. I am definitely not looking for a party house, but I’d love a home where we can share a chat, a nice dinner, a morning coffee, or a casual drink together now and then.

In my free time, I love staying active, playing sports, and spending time outdoors. I also like to keep myself busy with personal projects—currently, I'm working on some projects for my car (so a bit of space like a driveway or garage would be a huge plus!) and taking a few online courses.
