I am 23 years old who’s still pretty fresh to Perth as I only moved here from Melbourne at the start of the year. I currently have accommodation in Perth, but will be looking for new accommodation in the October and November months preferably a room with cooling!

I’m a mechanic by trade so I work full time and am a pretty out going person. I’m hoping to move into a share house of similar age to try and make friends.

I’m also fairly active, I exercise and gym 5-6 days a week and meal prep most my meals and lunches. I also love an early bedtime during the week as I’m usually tired from work and training 😂

I’m clean, don’t smoke and don’t drink on weekdays only occasionally on weekends socially for events and special occasions. I don’t have any pets, but don’t mind any animals you might have.

Budget is $300, but might be able to extend for the right room. Hoping for around Osborne park, Joondanna, Dinella and Yokine but don’t be afraid to message me with a place out side those areas!
