Hi, i’m Charles from France, i´m 33,
I have a full-time job i plan to stay in Perth for long term.

I really value cleanliness and communication when living with others. I think it’s important to keep things tidy and organized so everyone feels comfortable. I also believe in keeping an open line of communication if there’s ever an issue, I’d rather talk it out and sort things out right away.

I’m also a very social person, I enjoy meeting new people, having good conversations, and creating a friendly, relaxed atmosphere at home.
