I'm a 37-year-old female student from Vietnam who loves staying active with gym workouts, cycling, and running. My home is always clean, and I enjoy living in a peaceful and welcoming neighborhood. I am pursuing my PhD at Edith Cowan University. Currently, I am looking for a room with private ensuite bathroom for me and my 10-year-old daughter, who will accompany me in this October. She is a lovely, cute and charming girl. She never makes noise and well understands that she needs to respect everyone in the shared-house.
