I am a 22-year-old male from Malaysia, currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree at the University of Wollongong. I'm looking for accommodation where mutual respect and basic courtesy are the standard, and where I can focus on my studies in a peaceful environment. I don't smoke or drink, and keep my space tidy, cleaning up after myself promptly.

I've been raised to value accountability, cleanliness, respect for shared spaces, and open communication. Having lived in shared accommodation before, I've learnt the importance of being a thoughtful housemate. I am respectful of house rules and responsible with shared resources. This includes keeping noise levels down during quiet hours and maintaining common areas. I understand that a comfortable, well-maintained home comes from everyone doing their part.

Though I'm usually quiet and withdrawn, I address issues directly and respectfully rather than letting them fester. Outside of my studies, I mostly enjoy spending my time with myself, but I am comfortable for a chat if needed. I'm also happy to help out around the house in reasonable ways.
