I’m a 24-year-old Korean woman looking for a private room under $300 per week. I enjoy surfing, swimming, and cooking, and I’m an easygoing and respectful housemate.

I’ve lived in shared spaces for years and know how to balance socializing and personal space. In high school, I spent three years in a four-person dorm without any conflicts, which shows I adapt well to shared living. I enjoy getting along with housemates while respecting their privacy and routines.

Since I don’t own a car, I’d prefer a place within a 10-minute walk of a bus station or beach for easy commuting.
