I’m an international student from mainland China, just starting my studies at Curtin University in Perth. I’m currently looking for a room to rent and can move in immediately. I plan to stay for at least six months, hopefully longer. I’d love the chance to visit the property in person before making a decision.

About Me
I’m a friendly, respectful, and considerate person who values a clean and comfortable living space (but I’m not overly fussy!). I’m easygoing and open-minded about different lifestyles as long as everyone respects each other’s space. I cook almost every day and would love to occasionally share homemade meals with housemates. I love nature, adore animals, and my MBTI is INFP.

What I’m Looking For
*A welcoming and friendly landlord and housemates (I’m only looking for female housemates as I’m also female).
*A furnished room.
*A peaceful environment, especially during rest hours.
*A home where no more than three people share a bathroom.
* A location within a 30-minute commute to Curtin University (Perth) by public transport and close to a supermarket.
