Background:
• Recently relocated to Brisbane from NSW
• Working full-time in tech
• International, living in Australia for about three years
• Looking for a stable, long-term place
• Happy to be on the lease and can provide rental history and proof of stable income if needed
• Flexible with the move-in date

Living style:
• Experienced in share houses and will contribute to the household
• Very clean, respectful of shared spaces
• Enjoy social time (chats, movie nights) but also value personal spaces
• WFH 1-3 days a week, happy to coordinate desk space or take turns if you do too

Interests:
• Gym, a bit of outdoorsy stuff too
• Love cafés and exploring new spots around Brisbane
• Anime fan
• Enjoy weekend adventures around QLD

Nice-to-haves:
• An ensuite would be a big plus
• Prefer if there’s a space for a desk in the room
• Speedy home internet (FTTP)
