Hi there. I am a 45yr old single female who is on DSP per fortnight as my income. I have been living in Darwin for almost 3 years and most currently, staying at the YMCA in Darwin City. The Directors of this Hostel have just informed that all residents must vacate within a 4 week period due to the Hostel undergoing Assessment, for whatever reason!? Anyway.. I am looking to move in to a new place either tomorrow, or in a fortnight's time (22/4) on my payday again. I am a very well mannered, polite, respectful, clean and responsible woman who takes great pride in the upkeep and cleanliness of any property I live in. I do tend to mostly keep to myself, watch movies, listen to music, play cards etc, though on occassion I don't mind having a few beers here or there. I do smoke cigarettes outside only. I could pay the bond and rent either in cash or pay i.d/direct transfer on Tuesday every fortnight. Please respond if you think I may suit.
