Hi future landlord/flat mates
I am currently in a house share accommodation but seeking a place that is clean and has respectful housemates I have no issue with a weekly dollar value that includes bills I have a cat so only seeking a place that is pet friendly,cat will remain in my room seeking a room that has a double bed no single bed and would love with off road parking if possible I work full time as a factory supervisor with a very secure job I work day shift I am a very quiet guy but can be very social as well with my current accommodation I need to give 4 weeks notice but saying that I would like to secure the right accommodation asap
