I am a 69-year-old woman who enjoys art, reading, cooking, and writing. I am retired and prefer living in a studio or a unit by myself . I have a grown daughter and three grown grandchildren. I’d like a pet as I adore animals, however for the last two years I’ve lived in a unit where pets are not allowed. My house vibes are i enjoy keeping things clean, I’m good-natured, and peaceful. I respect others' space and possessions. I’d prefer to have a small yard or balcony with a view and some greenery. I’m looking for a long term unfurnished residence
