I'm a 21 year old woman who loves gaming, food and animals. I work part time, I work most of the day but I am a quiet person and enjoy living in a clean and quiet studio, granny flat or unit. I don't have any kids but I do have 1 dog. I am a quiet person I don't drink, smoke or party. I work a lot so I just need a quiet space for myself and my dog when I am not working.
I am after a studio, granny flat or unit for myself and my dog we would be moving in around the 12th of July (DATE IS FLEXIBLE) and would start with a 3 month lease and if it works out we will stay longer.
There is no specific location I am after to live as long as it's on the sunshine coast I am pretty flexible. Whether it is Tewantin, Noosa, Maroochydore, Mapleton or Caloundra my work takes me all over the sunshine coast.
$500 is the max I would pay for rent, ideally water, internet and electricity is included with rent.
