I'm in my early 50's younge at heart & fit. I will be relocating to the Gold Coast for work. Im a nurse and work with people with spinal injuries and mental health. I work long hours, 10hrs a day. I'm very easy going. I'm happy to keep to myself, but also happy to interact with house mates. I own a house in Hervey Bay Qld, which is currently being rented out. I'm extremely clean. I know the importance of paying my bills on time as I expect my tenants to do at my house. I'm currently staying with a friend but need to find something closer to work as his house is an hour away from where I work. I would prefer a bed in the room but I'm flexible with that. My budget is $300 to $320tops. I'm flexible with the dates.
