I’m Ethan. I work in Hillary’s full time as a manager in one of the shops
I’m 22 and am from NZ originally. But have now been in Perth for 10 months now and dont see myself moving any time soon!
I also run a small business on the side.
I'm easy going, hard working, very tidy and always down for a chat.
I can also respect other people's boundaries and spaces if needed!
I am a very social person and love good food, the gym and an occasional thrift shop mission when I get the time.
Not a party animal by any means but do enjoy a beer or 2 with mates.
I have been living out of home since I was 18 so have 4/5 + years of flatting/house-share experience.
I did my growing up on a rural property with plenty of animals so no issues with respecting pets

I currently live in Greenwood and due to unforeseen circumstances the lease is ending and the owner will be delisting the property. I can provide a written reference for the current property manager.
I was living previously with 3 others and a dog in Hillary’s so no issue.
I have a car so would be needing a place to store that.
I had never had an issue with rent payments
I've lived in 6+ different share-houses/flats over the years and have never had an issue
I do prefer the security of a longer stay 6-12months plus and want to be on a lease.
but yeah, that's basically me :)
