Hey! I’m Lottie, 28, originally from New Zealand and currently living with two amazing flatmates in Balgowlah. They’re heading overseas soon, so I’m looking for a new place to call home, ideally around the Northern Beaches.

I work full-time in fintech, usually in the city, but I like to work from home a couple of days a week, so a place with a bit of space would be ideal. I’m tidy, respectful, easygoing, and enjoy living with people who are friendly, considerate, and up for a chat, while also valuing their own space.

In my spare time, I’m into fitness. I go to the gym regularly and recently completed my first triathlon. I also love cooking, enjoy relaxed nights in, low-key dinners, and a glass of wine with housemates now and then.

I’m looking for a home, not just a room, with a good vibe and housemates who are clean, kind, and easy to live with. Ideally other professionals in their 20s or 30s, living in Manly, Balgowlah, Fairlight, Freshwater or nearby.

I’m open to joining an existing place or teaming up with others to find something great together.
