I’m looking for my own room in a share house, preferably around Edwardstown, Ascot Park, Woodlands Park, Emerson, or nearby southern suburbs with good access to public transport (I don’t have a car yet). My budget is $250/week including bills, and I’m looking to move sometime between the week of November 24th and the first week of December. It’s just me looking for a place.

Ideally, I’m looking for:
・Furnished own room
・Covered space to park my bicycle
・Shared access to basic items (kitchenware, cleaning supplies, clothesline, etc.)
・Quiet and friendly house
・Long stay (6+ months preferred)

I’m a clean, friendly, and respectful person who values a quiet and relaxed atmosphere. I enjoy living in a tidy and organized space. I may be a bit shy at first, but I’m polite and easy to live with 😊
