Hi All,
I'm a 21-year-old single male looking for short to long-term accommodation in the suburbs between Dawesville and Lakelands.

I don't have any children, pets, or a partner.
I don't smoke, I don't drink, and I don’t do drugs.

I am currently unemployed however I will be starting a new full-time job with the PTA in the coming weeks after Christmas. I can provide a start date and details of required.

My current weekly budget for rent is $300 p/w and I will have no issues paying this on time each week.

I'm a respectful and quiet person, I like to keep to myself most of the time, but I also don't mind company and having a chat.
I'm very clean, tidy and organised and would prefer sharing with someone like-minded.
I'm a chill guy and enjoy a good laugh.

I currently spend my days working on myself and staying active. I like going on long walks, lifting weights at the gym, cooking steaks, reading books, watching movies on my laptop, going to the beach.
I also like to stay home and relax, maybe have a nap.
