Hi! I'm Kai

- I'm a 27 year old marine biologist (from UK - but grown up in the Caribbean)

- Looking for somewhere for a minimum 2/3 - 6 months, but completely open to staying longer

- I own my own apartment I'm currently renting out back in the UK, so I'm organised, professional & considerate to being in someone else's property, + I have my own constant passive income so covering bills/expenditures ect. on time isn't a concern

- I'm very outgoing/sociable interpersonally; however I generally use "home time" as a separate environment to "recharge" away from work/social life; as such I don't like to work from home (when possible) and I'm likely to be out of the house the majority of the day anyway

- I don’t smoke/420/vape

- Great with animals (dog/cats/bandicoots/bigfoot/whatever you've got mate)

- Outgoing, non-judgemental, easy-going
