I'm a 55-year-old man who works full time and enjoys carpentry, crafting, and online gaming. I prefer living in a studio, but am just as happy with a unit or shared house arrangement where I can focus on my hobbies. I'm clean, respectful of others' space and belongings, and considerate in all aspects of living. No pets or kids for me - just me and my interests in a cozy space. I do use an Ebike to get around , so I would need a space to store it at night though.
