Hi, I’m Julieann 🌿

I’m 39 years old and looking for a peaceful, comfortable place to call home. I’m friendly, respectful, easy-going and value a calm environment, open communication and consideration for the people I live with.

I enjoy a simple lifestyle and spend a lot of my time outdoors, gardening, creating, listening to music, making candles and enjoying a good coffee or cup of tea. I love the little daily rituals that make a house feel like a home.

I have a steady income and a background in beauty therapy, specialising in lash extensions, as well as massage. I’m currently focusing on creative projects while growing a small handmade candle business.

I also have two much-loved companion ducks, Bonnie and Gwyndalla 🦆🦆. They are quiet, well cared for and live in a secure outdoor enclosure. I’m completely responsible for their care and always respectful of shared spaces and other people’s property.

I’m a very considerate person and take pride in being respectful of people’s homes, belongings, animals and personal space. While I’m looking for somewhere that feels like home, I also understand and respect that it is your home first.

What I’m really looking for is a peaceful lifestyle. A place with some natural light, outdoor space, kind people and room to breathe. Somewhere I can enjoy a morning coffee, an evening cup of tea, spend time in the garden, work on creative projects and feel genuinely at home.

Ideally, I’m looking for a longer-term arrangement in a peaceful home with kind, like-minded people and a relaxed atmosphere.
