Hi, I’m Julieann 🌿

I’m 39 years old and looking for a peaceful, comfortable place to call home. I’m friendly, respectful and easy-going, and I value a calm environment, open communication and consideration for the people I live with.

I enjoy a simple lifestyle and spend a lot of my time outdoors, gardening, creating, listening to music, making candles and enjoying a good coffee or cup of tea. I love the little daily rituals that make a house feel like a home.

I have a steady income and a background in beauty therapy, specialising in lash extensions, as well as massage. I’m currently focusing on creative projects while growing a small handmade candle business.

I also have two much-loved companion ducks, Bonnie and Gwyndalla 🦆🦆. They are well cared for and live securely outdoors. I’m completely responsible for their care, cleaning and upkeep and am always respectful of shared areas and other people’s property.

I take pride in respecting shared spaces, belongings, animals and personal boundaries. I also believe everyone living in a home deserves to feel comfortable, respected and genuinely at home.

What I’m really looking for is a peaceful lifestyle in a home that is clean, organised and well maintained. I feel most settled in an environment that is calm, functional and cared for. Ideally, it would have natural light, usable outdoor space, kind people and room to breathe—somewhere I can enjoy a morning coffee or evening cup of tea, spend time in the garden, work on creative projects and feel genuinely at home.

I’m ideally looking for a longer-term arrangement with kind, like-minded people and a relaxed atmosphere.
