We are looking casually — not in a rush — but if we love the place and the people, we can move in immediately. We are open to granny flats and studio apartments as well.

✨ About Us

🧼 Very tidy, quiet, and drama-free. We love our own space and stay busy with work or on our laptops. We mind our own business and respect everyone’s privacy.
🚫 Non-smokers
👨‍🍳 Both of us can cook, and we always maintain a clean kitchen. We do need fridge space, since we work in hospitality and often store food for longer. Bonus: You’ll get free halal snack packs from us!
🌿 We are almost never home, but when we are, we love helping out with light chores — happy to assist anytime.
😊 Friendly, cooperative, and extremely easygoing. We never complain — we follow a simple “you do you, I do me” lifestyle.
🚌 Close access to bus/train stations is a bonus, since one of us uses public transport.
🚘 Parking (street or garage) preferred. We may purchase a second car soon.
💬 Budget: Flexible depending on what you offer.

Non-negotiables:
I MUST have to go through the rules and regulations of the house BEFORE moving in. I believe that is beneficial for both parties.

I am looking for a long term stay as I cannot afford the time looking for a new place every once in a while, so ONLY reach out if you think you are a flexible/easy going person. Speficially, I am after a dramafree household where everyone is busy minding their own business.

Like I said before, I store foods quite a lot, so it is a plus if we can have a fridge of our own.

Bills must be included. If excluded, it should be very transparent.
