Hi, we’re Matilda and Dan, a reliable, respectful couple looking for a long-term rental in Launceston, ideally close to town. We’re hoping to find a comfortable home where we can settle in and take good care of the space.

About Us:
Matilda works as a bartender at the Launceston Casino and also part-time as a qualified lifeguard. Her roles provide a stable and flexible income, and she enjoys working in both customer service and community-focused settings.

Dan works full-time at Coles, where he’s a dependable and hardworking team member. His role provides steady income and long-term job security.

Together, we have a solid financial foundation and always pay our rent and bills on time. We’ve both lived independently before and have a good rental history with references available.

We’re quiet, clean, and respectful tenants. We don’t smoke, don’t have pets and we live a peaceful lifestyle. After work, we enjoy cooking, spending time at home, watching movies, or going for walks. We’re not into parties or anything disruptive, we like to keep our space calm and well looked after.
