I'm clean, quiet, and respectful of shared spaces. I always pay rent on time and follow house rules. I value open communication and do my best to maintain a peaceful, friendly living environment.

I'm a female engineering master's student at UWA, and because my studies can get quite intense, I often spend long hours focused on coursework. That's why I’m looking for a place close to campus — it helps me make better use of university facilities and manage my time more efficiently.

Outside of study, I enjoy fitness, photography, hiking, and fishing — though I don’t always have time for them during the semester! I hope to live with a like-minded female housemate, either around my age or older. I’m a friendly and positive person, and I really appreciate living with people who are kind and respectful too.

To me, a great home is one that feels warm and supportive, even if everyone leads their own busy lives. I respect personal space, but I also enjoy a quick chat or shared moment when time allows.
