Hello, My name is Claudia and I'm currently working full-time as a Financial analyst in the city. I'm also studying part-time which keeps me very busy. I'm respectful, friendly and quite the perfectionist so cleanliness is a must. When I'm not at work I'll most likely be at home studying or just doing chores here and there, so quiet accommodation would be ideal. I am looking for a room-mate much like myself in a modern residence where I'll have my own room and private bathroom. Feel free to send me a message if you think your accommodation suits :)
I'm a 29 y/o accountant working in the city full-time and am looking to rent somewhere NOR in close proximity to work i.e. within 5km. I'm easygoing, respectful and tidy and am looking for housemate/s with similar characteristics. I would like a clean, modern place with a good sized, functional kitchen and would prefer my own bathroom. I also need 24h parking available. I would prefer to commit for 6 months to start with the option to extend to 1 year plus. I have included all of the suburbs I am interested in and am not open to living anywhere else at this stage so please don't reach out if your listing is outside these areas :) Thanks!!
From Albany Studying at SAE Institute Northbridge, Bachelor Film Production Enjoy Nature, beach & bush walking, Yoga, photography, open people, light foot print. Quiet, easy going, aware.
Hello :) Currently living in a lovely apartment in Claremont, but I'm now at a point where I really miss living in a house and need a bit more space. Date to move in: TBA (Probably looking in a month or so, but could move in whenever) Would love a place that has the following: - House property (no apartments, flats etc. sorry!) - Unfurnished bedroom - Good quality kitchen (big foodie and love cooking!) - Close by transport and the shops - Parking space - Walking distance from parks and/or beach to go on walks/runs - Reasonably spacious bedroom (bigger than 3m x 3m) - Nice neighbourhood - WIFI access ABOUT ME: - Originally from Melbourne - Studying a Masters in Marketing (online) - Work casually at a pizza bar in Cottesloe - Hobbies: Cooking | Eating | Health & Fitness | Singing | Hanging out with friends | Movies | Reading - Recently began volunteering at Princess Margaret Hospital - Love watching/playing sports when I have the chance (tennis, soccer, cricket, you name it) - Dog lover - Non-smoker With a bubbly personality, I'm overall an easy-doing individual who carries very little fuss. I'm really easy-going! When it comes to living together I'm very clean, tidy and organized. I'm also outgoing and interested and I like sports. But of course I also love lazy Sundays on any day of the week - or a party! I'm a third year exchange-student from Germany. Currently, I am living in a shared flat in the Netherlands. My flatmates are very welcome to write some references <3
A little bit about me; - 26 years old - Originally from Brisbane, excited to be moving to Perth even though I have never been before - Love to travel - Lived in the UK for 2 years - Looking for a relatively social place to live - Respectful of peoples personal space - Super chilled, easy to get along with and like to keep things clean - The beach is my happy place -Always looking for new adventures - Not a massive party animal but enjoy going out with friends on the weekends - etc.
We are two friends (not a couple) travelling to Perth from 🇬🇧 on working holiday visas. We are both 18 years old and have taken a gap year before starting university back home. Looking for a flat share type arrangement whilst living in Perth or her suburbs. We intend to work and explore so do not expect to be at home all that often. That said, we're looking for outgoing flatmates who appreciate a friendly atmosphere, cleanliness, and having a glass or two together from time to time. It would also be cool if you could show us some of the city's best spots. About us: Tom is interested in languages and speaks fluent French, politics, most sports. Amy's interests are drama, travelling, and fashion. We also enjoy keeping fit. We're easy going, enjoy a laugh and going out. We look forward to meeting new, like-minded people.
Firstly! I bring a great presence to any household...with my boyish charm and humour...you will quickly forget the initial...42 is old yes??... mentality haha?? :) I respect others personal space and property and like to keep my areas clean as often as i can. I am a FIFO worker committed to the simple life and that is exactly what I am after...a nice affordable place with a great natural atmosphere and cultured flatty's centered around that...simple! Love a great chat about anything and learning new things from others...very open and accepting...where do I stop haha this will do for now :)
I currently work full time in CBD and will be studying at UWA this year so am looking for something within reasonable proximity. I would prefer a place with my own bathroom. I dance and play piano for hobbies so currently not home until around 8-9pm 3x nights and spend at least one night a week at my house with my grandparents. I have a car and motorbike so parking is ideal for both but essential for car at least. I am a homeowner who is tidy and respectful of others property and space. My hobbies keep me pretty busy but I'm also very sociable when at home so would love to build good friendships and find housemates I can share an occasional drink with!
I am a 29 Sudanese female who has traveled a lot before settling in Perth to do a PhD degree in Astrophysics. Open minded and hard worker, I like having fun but I do appreciate my space. I would like to have female mates
I'm very low maintenance. I'm reasonably social but am looking more for a place to come home and relax in/ study rather than somewhere that holds banging raves. I study at UWA so need somewhere closeish, but also love getting some exercise and going for a swim in the ocean. I don't party that hard but don't mind a social weekend. My fav Simpsons character is Monty Burns and I think avocado on toast is a bit overrated tbh
I am an exchange student from Norway that are going to study geoscience at UWA. People describes me as a happy, kind, positive and enthusiastic person. I really like sport and do train a lot. I have been playing soccer in 1.division. In my freetime I like to be with friends, hiking, be outside and go out to the city in the weekends with my friends. I am not a noisy person and I clean up after me.
I am an incoming exchange student from Finland. I study education and social sciences. I am now looking for a place to stay during my exchange months. I am keen on exploring the world, having long discussions and learning new skills!

Hey everyone! I am from Germany studying a semester abroad from February until July. My major is archaeology and my minor spanish. I will probably spend a lot of time at university but am open to having meals together at night or drink coffee/tee during the day. :) I'm an easy-going, open-minded person that likes to spend a lot of time outside, going hiking, biking and lots of other things. My boyfriend will join me for May and June, so he would be staying with me if he doesn't have to work outside of the city. He loves sports as surfing, mountainbiking, snowboarding and is always challenging himself with new goals. I would love to hear from you!
