-URGENT NEED ROOM TO RENT ASAP-
I'm a 44-year-old man who enjoys doing art like acrylic pour art and resin art, i like watching football/soccer, AFL and cricket, watching movies, and hiking and camping. I need a room asap that's clean and in a house with people that are happy and peaceful. Im Unemployed but will be starting a course in february 2026 doing certificate 2 in construction pathways, and will be doing afew short courses soon to get my white card, personnel and materials hoist operator licence, forklift license, and a excavator license. Im on Jobseeker payment. I have no pets but love pets if you have any. I like to keep clean, tidy and I always clean up after myself. I respect all people no matter their religion and etc. I respect privacy of others and their belongings, and i respect any rules that you may have. Weekly rent must include all bills/internet. So if you can help me with a room to rent asap it would be helping me alot. Ive also got bond and 2weeks rent in advance approved from HousingSA (South Australia Housing Trust). I believe in always paying my rent on time as soon as i get paid every fortnight. Peace
